FEELS WITH DAYLIGHT SAVINGS & LEEAME
Most Americans set their clocks back this past Sunday,
due to DST. This makes for much darker days, but hey, we
gain an extra hour of sleep. So, it's all good, right? Well, so far,
I'm undecided...
Honestly, it has been surprisingly hard to lose this extra
hour during this week so far. So, here's what I'm going to
start trying that will hopefully help to shake this off:
1. Washing my face with cold water in the
morning (apparently, this torture will really wake up all the senses).
2. Starting my day with some stretches (okay - this is so sensible - I really
am getting older after all)
3. Going for a quick
morning run (by run I mean jog... no, okay fine, fine, it'll be a
walk)
4. Wearing something fab.
As you can see, here is my example of something FAB >
This ridiculously comfortable sweater dress is divine for any
day. It is playful and so easy to work
with for obtaining
different types of looks.
I paired it with this unique vintage vest and some brown
booties to keep it interesting.
Totally a keeper to help survive the DST #ALLTHEFEELS
