FAMILY ❤︎ MOMMY & ME - LAVENDER BY THE BAY

It was another great opportunity - an available day to just

do something together. Explore the world. Asher was

away on a business trip, so I decided to just be easygoing

and do something different. I had never been to a lavender

field myself and decided, what the heck - make the drive

and go! It was about an hour-long drive for me, but

mainly straight on the highway. Being that we travel a lot,

Adina is totally fine in the car. No biggie. 

We arrive and I'm already in heaven. The open space, the

calmness, the beauty. There was a fee to get in, but

minimal - maybe $5.00? As we began the trail it was just

so serene... Adina was off in her own little world admiring

the beautiful color and smells. We, of course, took 1,000

pictures. Then we got hungry! 

A few blocks down I found a berry-picking place, so we

decided to go there and eat sandwiches with our fresh-picked berries. 

It was a glorious day and I loved every moment. I would so

recommend going, and bring someone to take

pictures! I would so go again and take family portraits

there!
